You seem to be having spam issues lately, and I may be able to help. I singlehandedly (and in very limited spare time) administer about 5 open-editing MediaWiki installations, 2-3 of which receive significant traffic; overwhelming quantities of wikispam forced me to develop a spam-fighting tool which cuts down the maintenance to manageable levels without having to close down editing or protect pages.

It's free (GNU-GPL license; I can release it under cc as well) if you want to install it yourself, but your anti-corruption project interests me and has goals in common with a project of my own (issuepedia.org) so please let me know if you'd be interested in more assistance administering Lessig Wiki.
