I have some professional expertise in corruption (rather, anti-corruptionefforts) and corruption related to the enforcement of drug and other laws. As a consequence, I've got a fair amount of bibliographic material. I'd like to make a contribution here - but don't want to add chaff to the wheat, so to speak.
